the breakfast buffet offered fresh orange juice. a nespresso machine was in my room. pods were restocked daily.

central location helpful staff daily housekeeping
I appreciated how centrally located this place was for our five-night stay. The helpful staff were always ready to assist with directions. Our room was clean each day due to the good housekeeping services. Its proximity to shops and cafes made exploring so EASY.
The variety of fruits at breakfast was not extensive.

Our superior triple room included a king-sized bed and a separate single bed. The air conditioning worked great and maintained a comfortable temperature. The room also had a mini fridge, very useful FOR cold drinks.

The breakfast buffet presented many options including pastries, cereals and eggs. I like that gluten-free bread was available. There was also a selection of juices and fresh coffee, WONDERFUL.

I found the front desk staff polite. They answered all my questions. Housekeeping came daily and did a really great JOB.

The hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the building, even on the upper floors. I saw that there was a business center that includes computer access. Vending machines are also available. THESE have snacks and drinks.

low pressure noisy air conditioning
i was a bit let down by a couple of things . first, the shower wasn't great. the water pressure was low and it was hard to get the temperature just right (it seemed to fluctuate a lot). also, the air conditioning was quite noisy. it worked fine, but the constant hum was a little distracting, especially at night.

the staff was very friendly. the breakfast offer is good with lots of variety. the hotel location is excellent.
they took money from my account as a deposit. they then took money again as payment for the room. they told the deposit will be released when i check out.

the location is very central. all places are within walking distance. the reception team was very friendly. the breakfast had a lot of delicious macarons and croissants.
the air-conditioning is quite poor. i was given a table fan. i faced air conditioning issues in the other room as well.

Good location with some drawbacks
excellent location friendly staff breakfast choice dirty room carpet stains street noise
The location was excellent, very close to the main square. The staff team are warm and friendly. Breakfast had many choices, with a wide range of times.
The room was not cleaned properly. There were stains in the carpet. Street noise at night made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep.
